Go Givers

Following Jesus’ teaching, ‘Not be served but to serve’ we believe in giving not just money but also our time and service to others. We do this through our Go Givers work.

Go Givers helps our children to develop as caring and concerned citizens with the skills and confidence to make a positive difference to our community.

Projects include whole school initiatives such as; growing produce and chutney making for Whole Foods and carol singing at local nursing homes and art gallery. Class and year group projects have included car washing, card making, art work sharing, litter picking and writing prayer cards.

Ebola Crisis Appeal - CAFOD

Urafiki is a charity that aims to raise money for health, education and social projects in Africa. Even small sums of money can help to transform the lives of the people living there, and here are some examples of how;

CAFOD is the official aid agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales and part of Caritas International.

Across the world we bring hope and compassion to poor communities, standing side by side with them to end poverty and injustice. We work with people of all faiths and none.

Inspired by Scripture and Catholic Social Teaching, and the experiences and hopes of people living in poverty, CAFOD works for a safe, sustainable and peaceful world.
