Welcome to Year 6!

What are the expectations of year?

• Know all of their times tables
• Punctuate sentences accurately using full stops and capital letters as a minimum whilst recognising other punctuation marks and opportunities to use them
• Use a homework diary to organise themselves
• Read regularly and be able to discuss what they have read
• Show independence and responsibility

Who will be teaching each class?

Kemerton – Mrs Spencer (Mrs Williams every other Thursday)

Broadway – Miss Goold (Mrs Dyer ever Thursday)

Which days do we have PE?

Monday, Thursday (coaching) and Friday

When do we have homework?

English – given Monday due in Wednesday

Spellings – given Monday due in Friday

Maths – given Wednesday due in  Friday

Science – given Thursday due in Monday
