The Catholic School of St Gregory The Great Believe and Achieve

Breakfast/Holiday Club

St Gregory's Child care Trust

Breakfast Club:
The Breakfast Club is open every school day from 8.00 am until the start of the school, Nursery or Pre-School day.  It is open to children aged 2 to 11 years and all children who arrive before 8.30 am will receive a substantial breakfast.

The club can be used regularly or occasionally, dependant on how you book your child’s place.  It is run by the same experienced and qualified staff whom your child will meet in other parts of the Trust setting.  They endeavour to create a friendly, welcoming environment for the children and their carers.  They believe that every child is entitled to good quality care and that breakfast really is the most important meal of the day!

They try to provide a completely different atmosphere to school.  They want the children to relax with their friends, and be ready to start their learning as soon as school opens.  They also try to make the club as homely as possible for them.

Afterschool Club:

The Afterschool Club provides a completely different atmosphere to school.  After structured activities all day, they give the children a chance to let off steam or to simply unwind, and to talk and play with their friends.  The room leaders plan activities alongside the children, with their development and enjoyment a priority.  They promote positive play opportunities as well as encouraging the children to be active and develop new skills and interests, both indoors and outdoors.  The trust  aims to ensure that the club reflects and meets the needs of the local community and incorporates equal opportunities into all areas of our work.
