Our school Chaplaincy Team is made up of children from Key Stage Two (Years 3 to 6). We currently have 30 members. All children in Key Stage Two have the opportunity to join the Chaplaincy Team, submitting a written letter of application to the Chaplaincy Lead, explaining why they think their gifts and talents make them an ideal candidate for chaplaincy. We are blessed to have many, many applications, with children showing amazing enthusiasm for ways they can continuing God’s work in our school.
Our current Chaplaincy Team is comprised of children who practice a range of different faiths, however they are united in their understanding of our school mission to spread the good news of Jesus and help our school community grow and strengthen in faith.
The children in our Chaplaincy Team are excellent ambassadors for our school and comprehend the importance of sharing our Catholic faith by their words and actions. Being part of the Chaplaincy Team is good fun, but it can be quite challenging at times!
